Quality
Long-term relationships with our suppliers of raw human hair and temples ensures that only the finest quality remi hair is used for our clients. All specifications from incoming raw hair to outgoing, is custom-made to suit the end user of the product. Quality checks are carried out by experienced technologists at each stage of production to ensure that all products fully comply with our specification. All of our hair is REMI (cut hair). The hair goes through a process of washing, removing short hair, coloring and softening, in order to ensure the hair does not tangle. The end result is totally long lasting manageable hair. We, at S.A.V. Impex offer the color selection that will suit your most discriminating needs. Our human hair products are available in all the natural colours like black, brown, light grey, medium brown, white and pale yellow and also in a range of dark colors.
Manufacturing Process
The hair is still manufactured like it was in the 1980's, by hand to ensure that the quality remains the same. We have a monthly production capacity of 3000 kgs. Manufacturing process at S.A.V. Impex comprises of the following steps:-
- Collection:- Hair is collected from various temples in India and also procured from various suppliers
- Sorting:- Coordinating the procured hair on the basis of color
- Processing:- the hair is first washed to get rid of impurities and then it is dried and angled according to the requirements
- Packing:- Hair is tightly wound and packed in carton boxes.
